A few months ago, my husband and I had an issue with the electricity inside our fully electric kitchen. There was no hot water in the harsh winter, and we couldn't cook either We contacted our letting agent, who, in turn, contacted their maintenance department but couldn't get someone to fix it on time. So, they got an electrician outside their agency. The callout fee alone for the guy was £100, without the workmanship (paid per half hour) The guy said he had more than 10 appointments for the day, and he is usually very busy. That's over £1000 callout fee alone for the day, apart from his pay per half-hour. Have you made £1000 in one day? Do the calculation in dollars, naira, and your own currency💸💰 That day, I felt like putting my nursing license aside and becoming an electrician or a plumber😩😂 They make my one-month salary with the snap of a finger😩😩🤣 Wealth building doesn't have to be in a white-collar suit and tie. Sometimes, it's in blue-collar And remember, your idea for wealth building doesn't have to be fancy; it just has to be legit.
