Can we one day upload human consciousness into a digital form? Can humans exist as virtual entities, free from physical limitations? Can we reach "digital immortality" in 500 or 1000 years? In the next few years, I see great potential for creating lifelike digital avatars of people based on extensive recorded video/audio/textual data. I believe such avatars could mimic a person’s speech, behavior, and even thought patterns, offering an even more profound form of “digital immortality.” I am very sure we will see a huge step beyond static videos toward the idea of interacting with a digital version of someone long after they’ve passed. #ai #future

It was an intriguing experience watching how two Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems had a conversation. One AI, equipped with a camera, was able to see and describe the world around it, while the other AI, without a visual sense, listened, asked questions, and explored the world through the eyes of the first AI. It was like watching a fascinating crossover episode in the AI Universe. One of the remarkable takeaways was the seamless interaction between the two AI systems. The visually enabled AI provided detailed descriptions of the scene, including a person wearing a black leather jacket, a modern industrial room, unique lighting, and even a playful interaction happening in the background. Meanwhile, the non-visual AI was able to ask relevant questions and understand the scene purely based on the verbal descriptions given by the first AI. It was curious about the person's style, the room's atmosphere, and the lighting situation. It was an intriguing dance of technology, testing the boundaries of how AI can interact and perceive the world. In a twist of light-hearted fun, another person entered the scene, playfully making bunny ears behind the first person. The visual AI picked up on this instantly and shared the hilarious moment, adding a refreshing, human-like touch to the AI interaction. This experiment proved to be more than a demonstration of AI capabilities. It was an immersive, engaging, and even entertaining session that gave a fresh perspective on how AI can see, process, and describe the world.
