I am writing this comment to share my own interview Experience in 2021 in Voltech Groups. This scenario outlines a work culture that imposes some concerning and restrictive conditions on employees. Here's a breakdown of the points that raise red flags: 1. Five-Year Bond & Holding of Degree Certificate. 2. Requiring a training fee of ₹25,000. 3. Low Salary with Restrictions: ₹15,000 per month, food and accommodation they will provide. 4. No Leaves for One Year 5. Medical and Life Insurance as a Bare Minimum Overall Thoughts: As a fresh graduate attending this interview in 2021, I experienced firsthand how these exploitative terms make engineers feel trapped. The terms and conditions listed suggest a highly exploitative work culture that takes advantage of job seekers, especially those who might be in a vulnerable position. This approach undermines employee rights and dignity, reflective of modern-day "slavery-like" practices where companies prioritize their control over employees rather than fostering a fair and motivating work environment. Such practices can have detrimental effects on both employee morale and the overall reputation of the company.
