The Time Has Come - Texas is Right! IT IS ABSOLUTELY TIME FOR AT LEAST 34 STATES TO GATHER TOGETHER AND HOLD A CONVENTION OF STATES, AS ALLOWED BY ARTICLE V OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION. THAT EVENT WILL AWAKEN ALL AMERICANS TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE BY DESIGN A COUNTRY ORGANIZED INTENTIONALLY AS A REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY WHERE FEDERALISM IS THE MODE OF POLITICAL ORGANIZATION AND THE STATES CREATED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. It is also time for all Americans to reeducate themselves and their kids in CIVICS which is the branch of political science that deals with the affairs and the rights and duties of citizens and their role in understanding the OPERATION of their government and holding their elected representatives ACCOUNTABLE. Every American should understand that the Administrative State is both not elected and no longer functioning to the benefit of American citizens because like all bureaucracies they have swollen their ranks and become self-serving in the absence of persistent oversight and accountability by a dysfunctional congress. This process should result in more informed voters at every age and begin the process of electing those that will truly listen and act on behalf of the majority of “We the People” once again.

It’s NO secret, James: 2024 is going to be a challenging year for House Republicans as we fight to HOLD (or even EXPAND) our House Majority. The stakes of this election could not be higher and the times we’re living in could not be more dire…and the Radical Democrats could not be more DESPERATE to re-administer their woke agenda on Americans by winning back the House of Representatives. The Radical Democrats have enabled: → An OVERRUN BORDER that has opened the floodgates to identified terrorists and plagued our communities with deadly drugs. → SKYROCKETING INFLATION breaking the backs of hard working American families trying to afford the basic goods needed to survive. → OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING racking up our National Debt more every single day and paving the way for an uncertain future for our children and grandchildren. And the list goes on and on. The Radical Democrats are destroying the fibers of America, and it’s time to FIRE them. James, if you’re sick and tired of this—stand with Republicans today by signing this petition. Let Republicans know you’re IN IT to WIN IT alongside them this November. FROM THE INTERSECTION: 🔥HARRIS’ MISSION AND POLICY GOALS ARE CLEAR: 🔥”Donald Trump wants to take our country backwards to a time before many of our fellow Americans had full freedoms and rights, but we believe in a brighter future that makes room for all Americans. We believe in a future where every person has the opportunity not just to get by, but get ahead. We believe in a future where no child has to grow up in poverty, where every person can buy a home, start a family, and build wealth—and where every person has access to 💥paid family leave and affordable child care.💥 We will build a nation where everyone has affordable health care, and every senior can retire with dignity. Building up the middle class will be a defining goal of my presidency.” —-VP Kamala Harris, Twitter, 7/22/24

Trump is not deserved of any respect. We can throw Trump under the bus because he fits so snugly there... Respect is earned, It is never given! Recurring historical patterns of authoritarian leaders throughout history and their disregard for human rights and democratic values must end. It is crucial to remain vigilant and hold those that seek power, accountable for their actions. History has indeed shown us the devastating consequences of unchecked power and the erosion of democratic principles. The rise of dictators and authoritarian regimes leads to oppression, violence, and the suppression of fundamental freedoms. The United States was founded on principles of liberty, justice, and equality, enshrined in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These principles have been upheld and defended throughout history, ensuring a system of government that protects individual rights and promotes the rule of law, it shall not cease, ever. It is essential to remember that the preservation of democracy requires constant vigilance and active participation from citizens. By staying informed, engaging in civic discourse, and exercising our right to vote, we can ensure that our leaders are held accountable and that our democratic institutions remain strong. By learning from the past and remaining committed to democratic values, we can work towards a future where the rights and freedoms of all individuals are protected. Dictator Trump, therefore, is not part of the future of America! https://lnkd.in/g48Rsrid

Our research shows that Hoosiers are frustrated with our division in political discourse. The tone and tenor of political debate – with the seeming inescapable polarization and politicization of every topic – threatens the very civility and respect in which Hoosiers take such pride. A quarter of the 1600 Hoosiers we interviewed, worry about increasing political polarization regularly. But civility is not the only casualty Hoosiers see in peril because of polarization. A majority strongly believe that these same trends put the economic prosperity of their state at risk: 3-in-5 say they are concerned that the Indiana government is passing too many extreme policies that will cause young people and their families to leave the state. Voters across party lines want to alleviate extreme polarization and find common ground. Let’s rebalance the Indiana legislature this year by getting the word out and voting down ballot in November.
