I would like to share reflections and insights from my recent participation as a speaker at Accelerate EU. Our shared focus: #strategyexecution, #strategydevelopment, and the exciting journey of turning ideas into tangible results with the #OKRs. This opportunity allowed me to connect with individuals from different industries who are passionate about advancing the field of strategy development and implementation. Some of the key takeaways and reflections from this gathering are: 1. Strategy in Action: One of the central themes of our discussion was the importance of turning strategy into action. Many speakers highlighted that having a well-crafted strategy is just the beginning; successful execution is what truly matters. It was inspiring to hear stories of organizations that have effectively translated their strategic visions into tangible results by aligning their teams and resources. #strategy #OKRs 2. Agility and Adaptability: In today's fast-paced world, the ability to adapt quickly is paramount. Presenters emphasized the importance of staying agile and being ready to pivot when necessary. #agility 3. Collaboration, Communication & Transparency: Effective communication that starts from the top emerged as a recurring theme during our discussions. Collaborative efforts in X-functional teams were seen as vital in achieving strategic goals. #transparency #crossfunctionalteams #MBTs 4. Vision and Purpose: Finally, having a clear vision and a sense of purpose were highlighted as foundational elements. This week, I had the pleasure of attending Outreach's #Unleash2023 event, and it was a week full of valuable insights. From reworking our value proposition for our in-person booth pitch, to understanding the impact of the tough market on our audience, and witnessing how #generativeAI is transforming #SaaS, it was a week of learning and growth. As we all know, #change can be uncomfortable, but it's a necessary part of growth, both personally and professionally. In these times, those who don't adapt are putting themselves at immeasurable risk. One key takeaway was the need for adaptability in #GTM silos. #RevOps and #MarketingOperations need to be in sync, and the entire GTM needs to operate as a unified organism. Rigid or obstinate approaches can lead to cutting off the left hand to feed the right. Let's strive for unity and adaptability in our GTM strategies. #growthmindset #adaptability

That's a wrap on #AdobeSummit 2024! It was an incredible event, and here are my top 3 takeaways: 1) Insightful Keynotes: one of my favorites was the CEO Ed Bastian's from Delta Airlines, who showcased the people-first strategy and data-driven approach, leveraging Adobe solutions to gather customer data from channels like the app, kiosks, and TV screens, to allow them to understand better their customer journeys and offer personalized experiences. Delta's focus isn't just on being the biggest airline but on delivering the best customer journey for both employees and customers. 2) Gen AI has been a hot topic at #AdobeSummit, and for good reason! The new #GenStudio and #FireflyServices, powered by #AdobeFirefly, make content creation faster and easier. As a Marketing leader, I am particularly excited about #CustomModels, which allow brands to empower their #marketing and #design teams to create their own assets models using historical data assets to generate variables with AI that respect their brand guidelines. It is impressive to see content creation time reduced from weeks to seconds! 3) Latin America Networking: Thank you to our over 140 customers and 60 partners who traveled from #Brazil, #Mexico, #Colombia, #Chile, #Argentina, and other countries to attend the event. This was the biggest LATAM group ever! We not only participated in the global sessions but also had great opportunities to interact and exchange knowledge with leaders from Latin America who are transforming your companies' digital scenario. I heard feedback from a Telco customer executive who said, "Usually, we go to global events and have a vision of what we need to do. Now, we are happy to see that we are very advanced in the same agenda as the global leaders." Yes, I am privileged to have some of the world's most talented individuals as my customers and partners! We are boosting innovation thanks to AI and Accelerator events! This week, Sami Atiya, President of ABB's Robotics and Discrete Automation Business, and Carolina Granat, Head of Human Resources, inaugurated the June Accelerator – a hackathon-style event which is aimed at fostering innovation, promoting collaboration, driving learning and skill development with a focus on AI, and staying ahead of market trends.   The Accelerator event was divided into two parts: An AI Boost conference with industry experts, and a hackathon-style competition. It brought together over 300 participants, 30+ partner companies and nearly 100 use cases accelerating existing projects, with 38 in the area of Data & AI. Big cheers for the ABB teams that won the competition: ❇️ The first place: AI-based Quality Inspection on Breakers solution for our production facilities, team led by Simone Zambetti ❇️ The second place: The ServiceNow & Company Portal Symphony: Orchestrating a Complete Employee Experience, team led by Prosenjit Chowdhury ❇️ The third award: Nutanix Virtualization Platform: Proof of Concept in our Strategic Data Center in Switzerland, team led by Radoslaw G.    There were two special mentions for outstanding projects: ✔️ Generative AI Chatbot for Master Data Governance tool, part of the Finance Transformation Program, team led by Marta Perlińska ✔️ Enhanced Monitoring & Structure Accelerate Zscaler tunnel and device deployment, team led by Piotr Lechowicz    Let’s congratulate the winners!    #ABBAccelerator #ai #innovation #AIBoost #technology #partnership
