What’s your processes when buying a product or service? How much of your decision is made by the service or treatment that you get from that product or person?
Personally, it’s a heavy factor for me. If I know that there is product that’s comparable or somewhat close, the treatment I receive and customer service is ultimately my deciding factor. As a sales professional I recognize good service and will go out of my way to return the favor in giving them my business.
This message is 2 fold for me. The Powersports Rep Association will look to provide this standard and expectation to the dealer network we serve.
Additionally, the latest trend and hype surrounding ZiiDMS, is simply because of the above. Yes we have cool technology and tools to help you streamline your day to day, but our hat is hung on ethical business practice (true partnership) and premier service.

The PRA had our 2nd meeting on Monday December 9th and it did not disappoint! We’re grateful for all who showed up and supported this initiative, as we look to help our beloved #powersports industry evolve.
Some big announcements 📣 were made with the release of some key partners and industry professionals helping spearhead this movement.

Chad White and #Apexculture will be another hinge point for our members success and growth. Chad will bring a portfolio of knowledge, experience and tools to the PRA to help with individual development and business partnership teachings.
