Death is not something many people like discussing. We need to have such conversations because the way we collectively are dealing with death is not good. Cremation may be cheap, but it's socially immoral. Every time we turn someone or something into a crispy critter, it goes up the flue stack, and there is no filter on the flue stack. This means you, your family, and everyone you know get to breathe in the mercury, Elements such as lead, cadmium, and chromium, dioxins and furans, Hydrogen Chloride (CHI), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Burying someone is a steel coffin or casket is not a great answer. It's been 19 months almost to the day sinceBaby Jaxson was dropped at our door step with near catastrophic injuries (10 broken bones.) His back was broken in 2 places and he had multiple broken bones in all of his extremities. The DA still hasn't charged anyone and seems to be avoiding us and won't return our calls. The District Attorney General for the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee is Bryant C. Dunaway Their number is 931-528-5015 if you want to call and ask them how they can sleep at night. He's an elected official so I could care less how he feels about the calls. Since that day we have been battling the system that is supposed to be designed to protect a child, when in all actuality it feels more like a dog and pony show, when you consider the exorbitant amount of money it is taking to protect him, but I digress... Jaxson is now 29 months old and is doing fantastic. He sure is a handful, but we wouldn't have it any other way. He is still experiencing some minor complications with the way his bones in his left leg have healed, but overall the physicians dont seem to concerned about it and it hasn't slowed him down a bit since he had all his casts and braces removed. We still have temporary custody and were still trying to get full custody. Some things are worth fighting for and this is one of those things. I'll not give up until there's not a breath left in me.
