A quick method in staying informed on your customers’ level of satisfaction. Additionally I use this one question survey after seminars, webinars, and even some sales calls.
Every year, we survey all our C12 Northeast Florida members to understand how well we serve them. They give us direct feedback, including suggestions for improvement and commendations for effective things we do. Their sharing with us helps make us better. (Thank you!) Then, we ask them the Net Promotor Score question: How likely are you to recommend C12 to a friend or family member? Possible scores range from -100 to 100 (a higher number is better). A high score requires the majority of respondents to be enthusiastic promoters. That is, they would trust the company (i.e., C12 Northeast Florida) with the people they know best. We are honored to receive an NPS of 86. Wow! We serve Christian CEOs and Business Owners well.
