Curious to know what I've been up to? Well, I have been out with the people through my apparel company, with one mission in mind: to support others in overcoming self-imposed limitations through proclamation. I like to say that affirmation is what you agree to, but proclamation is declared. I know for certain that a tongue sharper than a sword is a force to be reckoned with! We've planted and declared proclamations thus far, which we have the opportunity to discuss and have an open forum about with folks we meet monthly in the market space! ALOTTA FCKING Audacity: to be audacious—a declaration of bravery, the story of becoming or arrival! SHRE BLCK WLTH: A declaration of abundance—abundantly wealthy in spirit, joy, movement, education, etc. This is a declaration of foundation, of trial and triumph. How many times do boxers win a fight because of their jab? Pep describing the way he plays as "take the ball, pass the ball"? The All Blacks being Rugby's dominant force because of their ability to all handle the ball? New business for sales people is at a premium right now, whether in SaaS or recruitment. We can often get distracted by the amount of techniques available these days (personal brand, technology, video etc). But fundamentally, it'll boil down to the number of quality conversations you're having daily. At NineTech we have stripped things back, pushing our metrics on numbers we have dialed and the conversations we are having. Because if it's worked for years before, it'll work for years to come!
