Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities: - Identify marketing angles based on ICP, psychology frameworks, customer research, and past ad performance. - Source inspiring high-performing creative examples using tools like Magic Brief or Atria. - Source and identify existing brand content for editing, commission new content, and create clear briefs for creators. - Create clear briefs for the creator and editing team - usually a storyboard and script. - Regularly meet with the creative team to review results and plan testing rounds. - Provide feedback on design team creations and suggest enhancements. - Report on creative performance metrics like hook rates, hold rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize ads.
