100% the number one tip for building resilience is finding joy in everyday things. Sometimes this can be harder than it seems. Creating a daily delight practice was my key to getting out of burnout. It seems easy to say, but when you are in a dark place, cultivating the space to find joy and delight in everyday things is tough - and when it becomes a habit, just like a muscle, you grow stronger, and your capacity for grace, and ease grows.
