Microsoft Edge Enterprise Sync not working? Read on... I just worked with Microsoft Support over the last several weeks trying to get Enterprise Sync working for Microsoft Edge. I used the following link to verify everything was enabled and configured correctly... https://lnkd.in/g_2ehhDZ ...but Enterprise Sync kept failing with an error indicating "Sync is not enabled for this account". However, when we looked at the Edge sync internal settings (edge://sync-internals/), we kept noticing the following AIP (Azure Information Protection) error shown in the screen shot below, but we had verified using the link above that AIP was in fact enabled for our tenant. Long story short, the tenant ID being used to check that AIP was enabled/licensed for Enterprise Sync to work properly was from our initial Microsoft 365 E3 trial and not our current tenant ID. This could only be reset/fixed on the back end by the IcM product group at Microsoft (not sure who this product group is, but IcM is the acronym the Support Engineer used). Hope this information helps save others some time and frustration in dealing with the Edge and AIP product support teams at Microsoft who I kept bouncing back and forth between as each thought it was the other teams issue.
