What do you do when you're swamped with tasks and the clock is ticking? A - Reach out for help? B - Try to handle it all on your own? If you often choose option B, you might be overextending yourself and facing undue pressure. The issue is, constantly racing against deadlines without adequate time can lead to more mistakes. Rushing through tasks when you're exhausted can create more problems than it solves. Remember, it's perfectly okay to ask for support when needed. You're not a machine, and sometimes an extra pair of hands can ensure you deliver top-notch results. Preventing errors is far more efficient than correcting them later. Eventually, your team might need to step in to fix things. Wouldn't it be better to involve them earlier rather than when things go awry? What are your thoughts on this?

People can learn new skills. Although underrated, their kindness, empathy, and character lead relationship building. Someone who treats people poorly is not likely to change. Their technical skill does not offset the poor relationships the create. The higher up the organization ladder they move, the more people they impact with their poor soft skills.
