While every virtual nursing care model is different, many of the #hospitals and #healthsystems participating in the Virtual Nursing Academy are seeing similar results. We commonly hear that at first, the direct care #nurses are leery and then after they have the chance to get to know the #virtualnurses and learn how helpful this care model can be they LOVE using the hybrid care model and don't want to work without virtual nurses!
