Strength and conditioning coaches, are you a fan of altitude landings (as seen in the video)? I love them. I will often include them in athletes’ warm-ups. I see them as a great way to load the quads and the tendons around the knee, eccentrically. Videoing exercises and then slowing them down is a great way to better critique athletes, particularly when it comes to things like jumps and sprints, because it all happens so quickly. What cues would you give to the below athlete? Things I like are; he has minimal hip and knee bend and he’s mostly on the balls of his feet ✅ ✅ #strengthandconditioning #strengthandconditioningcoach
