While the poison-pill self repealing crime bills were not passed on Monday 6/24/24, we must keep letting the California Assembly and State Senators know we are still watching and that we urge them to vote NO on all of the bills with self repealing language. We expect that they will bring them back for a vote on Wednesday evening when in session at 5pm and 6pm or on Thursday… Together we CAN fix and amend #Prop47 #FixProp47 #AmendProp47

Well suggested by Justice Gangopadhay. Given the level of back to back financial scams , now the investigative agency should be given free hand to conduct their duties. CBI should be nationalized and it shouldn't be under the jurisdiction of DSPE Act 1946. It should have independent authority to determine potential areas of crime and to initiate investigation not with permission of either Central or local government. It should only report to Judiciary with all its fact findings. CBI should not be used for political gains.
