Last 2 days my team and I had the pleasure to attend a two day conference at Fusecon 2024. It was such an amazing jam packed event that not only informs but stimulates thought leadership among Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. I have to give a special shout out to Jentz Tan session. We had the privilege of hearing a powerful speech on "The Need to Invest in Creation." The session emphasized the importance of a proactive approach to design, urging us to shift our focus from merely responding to what others do, to fostering innovation and creativity. Their insights on how investing in original ideas can lead to transformative outcomes resonated deeply. By prioritizing creation, we not only differentiate ourselves in a crowded market but also inspire those around us to think beyond conventional boundaries. This approach encourages a culture of innovation, where ideas flourish and creativity thrives. Let’s carry forward the message of this speech: to be proactive, to dream big, and to invest in our creative potential. The last day of the #Mostart2024 conference has concluded! It was a day filled with interesting panels and discussions on the latest trends and innovations in the IT industry. During a panel discussion at the #Mostart2024 conference, the theme revolved around the question: "Where are we positioned on the world's technological map and can we truly be geniuses on the global IT scene?" In response, our CEO, Marko Laco, emphasized the importance of the environment in shaping an individual's potential for excellence in the IT industry: "A person is the product of three factors: upbringing, education, and environment.
