🚨 Flat-Rate Billing Made Simple 🚨 A client was bogged down by over complicating flat-rate workstation installs. Creating fixed-fee contracts for each job? Way too much overhead. ⚙️ My Solution: I created a Workstation Install product in Autotask with the flat rate and excluded it from Procurement. Labor is tracked under the service contract, and ticket and the charge flows right into invoicing—no need to remove a labor item, no having to mark a pile of time entries "non-billable".. in short.. no extra steps✅ The Result: Smooth, accurate billing with minimal effort.
