**A Refreshing Experience in the Hiring Process** In a world where the hiring process can often feel like a black box, my recent interaction with STX was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I applied to the moment I was informed I wouldn't be moving forward, every step was marked by clear communication and genuine kindness—a rarity in today’s job market. The highlight of this experience was the skills assessment. Far from being just another hurdle, it was engaging and fun, allowing me to showcase my abilities in a creative and thoughtful way. But what set STX apart was what happened next: when I asked for feedback on my application, they delivered. They provided constructive insights into their decision-making process, offering a level of transparency that is all too rare. This experience was a reminder of the power of positive interactions in the hiring process.
