💯Travel, connect with people, share and learn: for sure some of my favorites! 🇪🇺Being in Brussels, in the heart of Europe, to participate in ADMA TranS4MErs Final Event "Shaping the future of European manufacturing growth and innovation for SMEs", reconnect with some of our EU partners and meet many new potential ones as well as being able to shed the light on synergies between EU initiatives to sustain the support to the industry was inspiring! 👉ADMA built a model to help EU SMEs to assess their digital maturity, create an implementation plan to support their transformation with the help of experts and services from 27 EU partner organisations. 👉To succeed, one clear need is in raising awareness on the concrete applications and possibilities technologies may bring to reshape the factories and enable more efficient and sustainable manufacturing. 👉I was invited to present REBOOT SKILLS and its fully funded short trainings co-designed by 8 EU partners representing both the industry and academia. The trainings are tailored to enable both SMEs employees and unemployed people willing to reskill to work in the manufacturing industry and support successful twin transformation. 👉One issue we, solution providers, stumble upon is to make sure available solutions are found and utilized by the companies. In Finland, Robocoast EDIH - coordinated by Prizztech Oy - provides a platform that gathers all training services available for SMEs and we have been happily collaborating to build a one stop shop for the SMEs. Travelling for work is pretty intense and energy consuming as homework also travels along, workdays tend to prolong and evenings are also work related. There is often really little, if none, time for cultural experiences. We took with Doris nevertheless a 1h speed walk through historical and beautiful Brussels and its Christmas markets on our way to the airport. It was way too short but every step and minute of it was worth it!🙏It was great to shortly meet Pirita, sometimes it is easier to meet your partners from Pori in Brussels!🤩 💯See the world, its people, exchange ideas and work together with organisations that complement yours is so rewarding as my smile translates it this time again... or was it Santa's sleigh?❄️ #eumanufacturingfuture #eucollaboration #adma #rebootskills #upskill #dimecc #robocoast #edih
