Operations will certainly be the biggest beneficiary of this investment and it's no surprise to us as we speak to many of our clients about the challenges in staffing their new data centres! I won't go as far to say Operations is underappreciated, it isn't - everyone knows how crucial the teams are - but teams are stretched and more investment in training and recruitment is needed! Raising awareness of these great career opportunities is the most crucial thing to benefit the industry.
