The recent CrowdStrike incident highlights the importance of a robust and proactive IT strategy. Thanks to our IT team’s effective IT measures in place, the update had minimal impact on Tilson’s operations. Huge thanks to our IT and Information Security teams, including Rob Bach, Louis Hychko, Benjamin B., Daniel Robles Garcia, Adam Collins, Jacob Willems, Larry O’Bryan, and Stephen Hand, for leading the charge, and working with composure and professionalism to resolve these issues as quickly and calmly as possible. Instead of waiting for airline delays to resolve, Tilson's National Safety Manager, Frank Koury took matters into his own hands and drove from Vegas back to New England to ensure uninterrupted operations, capturing this photo in Utah along the way. Our team's quick actions reflect our dedication to maintaining efficiency and responsiveness in everything we do. #onamission
