When one of our self storage clients, Lagerkungen (Europe’s only franchise self storage company) needed a solution to speed up how their customers found their nearest facility, we stepped up to the task. Not all clients land on the facility page they are looking for. In order to optimise conversion rates, it is essential for Lagerkungen to minimise the click loops and frustration. We built a flexible solution that was both automated and allowed manual input to sign-post customers to the nearest or most appropriate facility. GEO IP functionality and native HTML geo look-up sign-posts the customer as soon as they land on the landing page to their nearest Lagerkungen facility.
