Some people would say RecruitMilitary is in the recruiting business. We say we’re in the business of connections. And here’s why that matters to employers and the veteran community: Effective military recruiting is about more than job boards and career fairs. It’s about priming different audiences to better understand each other. It’s helping employers interpret military community skills and experiences. It’s helping job seekers understand what employers need. It’s helping dismantle false assumptions that both audiences may have about each other. It’s helping communicate successful stories that encourage employers to hire and job seekers to apply. Through our work, we also connect other interested parties - the DOD, VSOs, and other partners. We want to leverage our collective strength to support military community success. There are many great organizations out there, each offering different recruiting services that apply to this niche group. RecruitMilitary’s greatest strength - finding ways to effectively and efficiently connect the relevant audiences to serve their needs.
