Tim Boyes-Watson, this looks like it will be a great discussion, especially with the panel assembled. (Rose Caldwell and Steve Harper) The challenge I would raise for discussion is around cultivating funding portfolios and income streams that create a sustainable, fully funded non-profit organisation. Knowing that highly restricted institutional funding often limits and puts restrictions on full cost recovery per policy (e.g. fixed ICR rates, limited FX adaptation), how can global and local NGOs best manage these financial risks?
