Ensure that Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) are processed promptly and that the put-away process is executed efficiently, minimizing delays and errors¥ ° Inventory Management and Organization: Strategically organize item placement within the warehouse to accommodate both fast-moving and slow-moving goods. Apply precise location-wise grip mapping to optimize space and accessibility. Manage overall inventory capacity effectively, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and identify potential issues before they arise¥ ° Picking and Packing Supervision: Oversee the picking and packing processes (IPP) to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Develop and implement staffing plans based on workload forecasts, manage staff rosters to align with operational needs, and adjust manpower requirements as necessary to meet changing demands¥ ° Industrial and Employee Relations: Address any industrial and employee relations (IR and ER) issues that may arise within the warehouse environment. Manage team performance by providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and morale. Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts in a fair and constructive manner¥ ° Damage Handling and Documentation: Optimize the handling of damaged goods to minimize losses and ensure that all incidents are documented thoroughly.
