Your partner recruitment deck reveals so much about the health of your program. 🔴 If you can’t articulate “What’s in for them” in 6 slides or less, you’ve lost them 🔴 Do you personalise the deck, use their logo, reference content from their website, align to their GTM, specifically to each partner? 🔴 If you are using the same pitch that direct sales use, you need a rethink, you are partnering, not selling. 🔴 If you have slides that reference the awards your company has won, how many customers you’ve got, unless you know their are shared, they are not interested. ✅ Partners want to know what’s in for them, the business problem(s) you solve that align to their GTM, metrics and data to back that up, they need to see how you will drive their business forward. 👉🏻 Put yourself in their position, now ask yourself, would you want to partner with you? 💥 I’ve seen 15 in the past 3 months, only one of those decks detailed specifics of what was in it for the target audience they were trying to partner with. Your partner recruitment deck says a lot more about your partner program health than you think. Here's how we typically end up working with our customers: ✅ They reach out to us on LinkedIn or through our website (still around 80% of cases come through inbound, which is nice) ✅ We have a short call to discuss their situation. We try to focus on what's going on in their business rather than only focusing on recruitment. After understanding their situation, we share shortly how we can help them. ✅ After this, we typically move to the offer phase. It can be anything from a short email or a long slide deck with a detailed plan for the customer. Customer Acquisition Cost and Value of the case are important here. You can't use too much time for small cases. Typically, we have 3 outcomes: ✅ They decided to start cooperating with us. ✅ They decide to postpone the start of hiring, employer branding, etc. This is quite typical in this market situation. ✅ They decide to go with our competitor – luckily, this happens extremely seldom. I think we have found quite good positioning and are the go-to choice for most cases.
