The last two weeks were a blur, but the excitement following Midwest Dreamin’ hasn’t died down one bit. Getting right to it, here are 3 great highlights from MWD: 1. Hearing from, and speaking with, Joshua Birk from Salesforce after he presented about Salesforce’s AI strategy. The hands-on portion of the keynote was especially engaging. 2. We presented our latest insights about what we’ve learned after integrating Salesforce and Finance systems over 1,000 times. Packed house, great questions! 3. Demo Jam: It’s always fun to show off what Breadwinner can do! Among those highlights and more, we think the best part was simply connecting with other colleagues in the ecosystem and learning about what they’re doing. #2 Product of the Day 🚀 - help us top the day! Another great launch by team Olvy on Product Hunt, introduce Olvy 3.0 - the world's first AI auto-listener. So many teams struggle in listening to their customers. Even if they talk to their users daily, the amount of feedback coming in can be overwhelming and sitting in data silos such as Zoom, Intercom, Slack, Salesforce, and Zendesk. I am not a big fan of participating in /attending any event on First Day (/First Show).  While it offers the excitement, there are also potential challenges: Crowds and Congestion | Higher Ticket Prices / lack of availability | Potential Unknowns | Too much of noise and distraction from the audience (“whistle podu” 😊 ) However, I ventured today, with this event, for, (a) there was, No Congestion - could participate from the comfort of the home (b) Getting the slot was seamless (c) Absolutely no distractions and noise 😊 Presenting Salesforce AI Specialist Certification – Tips/Tricks!   In addition to the below crib sheet, I would highly recommend all to watch those integrated video segments (accessible from trailmix) from Leah McGowen-Hare, MSEd - Those video segments were certainly helpful and were music to ears!  Also, kudos to Claudio M. for the recurring weekly AI & Einstein Office Hours. Note: Until next revision of the exam arrives, the earlier terms (viz. Three weeks ago, I started working with a customer in the AI space. 🤖 He just said, Boshko, let's have a strong start! I knew what he wanted: meetings since week 1. How we did it: We had a strong 1-hour session going through the messaging for LinkedIn and email. We create a playbook that contains all the needed information about the client's ICP. Our team was focused on starting the sequence with only people that are active on LinkedIn, which is very important in this period of the year when most people are on vacation. Using the most important use cases of the software was at the top of the list of requirements. The result: almost 60% LinkedIn acceptance rate 30% reply rate 8 demos booked (2 from email, 6 from LinkedIn) 20% interest rate Filling the pipeline. Then help with the follow ups.
