Recently, my wife and I decided to indulge in a luxurious dining experience at one of the renowned hotels in town. Eager to savor some delectable vegetarian cuisine, we placed an order for our favorite dish, chilli paneer.
However, our dining experience took an unexpected turn when the steward arrived at our table with a plate of chilli chicken instead. Before serving the dish, he confidently announced, "Ma'am, chili chicken for you." My wife, a staunch vegetarian, was taken aback and promptly corrected him, stating that we had ordered chilli paneer.
In that moment of misunderstanding, as the steward apologized profusely for the mix-up, we were faced with a choice. We could have reacted with indignation, demanding to speak to the manager, and perhaps even leaving scathing feedback. However, we chose a different path.
