Reflecting on nearly 30 years in the kitchen, totaling 60 hours per week(93600 hours fine tuning my craft ) I ponder the journey that turns a cook into a master. The sheer dedication, investing countless hours week after week, is not just a job but a labor of love. I've never considered it work, finding joy in every moment spent crafting culinary delights. Becoming a samurai master in the kitchen, akin to the discipline in martial arts, demands continuous practice. It's not just about the years; it's about the unwavering commitment to refining your skills. Much like my culinary journey, the path to mastery involves not just the time invested but the passion that fuels the pursuit.
