Hey LinkedIn! It's Elya, Chief Business Development Officer at 1win. I wanted to say hi and give everyone a chance to know me a bit better by sharing how I started in the company. I remember how this adventure in iGaming with 1win began, three years ago as an Affiliate Manager. What started as just another job quickly ignited my passion for empowering partners and reshaping the industry. Starting out, I had to rapidly master iGaming's nuances. Thankfully 1win being a direct advertiser meant I could delve deeply into our products and strategies firsthand. So what did I do? I asked a whole lot of questions! And my experienced colleagues responded by embracing my tenacious nature with a plethora of knowledge that has been invaluable. So much in this first stage at 1win was new to me, and I’ll admit, it made me a little nervous. Fortunately, I found that the best way to handle this was through sports; it was such a game changer for my mood and productivity. Eventually, after a ton of hard work, I honed some crucial skills, from the ability to speak the language of the iGaming community to leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and impactful. This industry is incredibly dynamic, and the resilience I have developed throughout my career has helped me become effective at cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive innovation and growth. My main job is to make sure customers are happy and have everything they need to become successful using our platform. How do I do this? 1) By getting to know my customers really well, understanding what they need and what challenges they face 2) Helping customers get started with the platform, teaching and training them how to use it 3) Speaking up for customers within the company, making sure their needs and feedback are heard and acted upon 4) Keeping an eye on how happy customers are and spotting any issues that might come up, working with support to fix them quickly It's all about making sure customers feel supported and valued.
