Talent Partner @ Professional Pyramid | Your Job Search Should Take 2-4 Weeks | UAE & KSA Search Specialist 🎯
Why is getting a job in Dubai so hard? (compared to everywhere else in the world) Well, here’s the deal - The UAE offers a tax free income, a better quality of life, and a safer place to live than almost everywhere else in the world. (So who wouldn’t want to move here?) Here’s the catch… The talent flow is heavy. Job ads are heavily contested. You’ve got 1,000s of people battling for 1 interview. The more desirable factors a job market possesses, the more people will be competing for it. Now when this happens, companies hiring functions become overrun with unsuitable applicants. This is when businesses will start increasing their reliance on automating processes, and this is when it becomes a frustrating candidate experience. You might be great at what you do - but if you want to land interviews, you’ll need to be perceived as an a-tier applicant at every step of the way. I share insider tips that will help you do exactly that. Remember, your job search should take 2-4 weeks. Ps, I’ll be doing a session on how to bring interviews to you, hit like you’d like to join ✅

Want to land interviews in Dubai? Read this post. Here are some effective things to include in your search: 1: spend time researching & mapping out organisations, decision makers, and HR teams. 2: always apply during the week, applying for jobs on the weekend is going to provide a poor return. 3: increase your activity on LinkedIn in order to access roles before they get publically listed. 4: run thorough quality assurance checks, any mistakes will lead to you facing rejection. 5: connect, follow, and engage with as many relevant recruits, hiring teams, and companies. Got any questions? Let us know below. Ps, hit like on this post if you’re looking for your next role! ✅

With the UAE employment market experiencing a significant uptick in activity it offers fantastic growth and professional development for everyone who is currently working and residing in the UAE. It’s an achievement in itself to experience the opportunity of being selected for interviews in some of the fastest growing companies in the Middle East. However, on the flip-side it generates a much more aggressive level of competition. Here are some tips and advice to equip you in those stressful interview situations so that you can emerge as the best candidate and feel good about it. Tell your Mum and Dad, feel proud. Tell your brothers and sisters and motivate them too. Tell your friends, they don’t care, they’re your friends anyway, they love you. Tell your professional network and have a cheeky boast. It’s all good fun. Everyone says preparation, preparation, preparation but sometimes it’s just about luck. Being in the right place at the right time and being interviewed by the right people. So if you’re not getting what you want it’s not your fault, you’ve just got to work out what’s right for you and we’ll do our best to introduce you to the right people. Be lucky. Rak rsr-ME

UAE, One of the ongoing issues that the company deals with is candidates who fail to show up on the scheduled joining day. Yes, This situation can be incredibly frustrating and disruptive, affecting lots of thing. If you've encountered this issue, you're not alone. Understanding why this happens and how to address it can help mitigate the impact and streamline your hiring process. Candidates may not show up for a variety of reasons. One of the most common issue is the temptation of counter-offers from their current employers. When candidates receive a counter-offer that significantly improves their current terms, Another factor is the ever-present competition in the UAE job market. Candidates might find a more attractive opportunity elsewhere between the time they accept an offer and their scheduled joining date. I think to address these challenges effectively, employers need to implement a few key strategies. This involves conducting detailed interviews, and clearly communicating job expectations and company culture. I believe somehow discussing the possibility of counter-offers early in the recruitment process can also be beneficial. Anyways do share your own experiences and solutions for handling no-shows in the comments below. Let’s work together to overcome these challenges and enhance our hiring practices. #Recruitment #Hiring #consultants #Sales #together

Dubai Job search strategist and Career coach | Helping Job Seekers Land Jobs in 4-5 Weeks | Resume Writer, LinkedIn Personal Branding Expert →Stuck in Your Job Search Journey?➡️ Don’t worry!!! We are helping YOU 👇
HR: I see some gap in your resume what happened? Candidate: Actually, I had a fight with my previous job so I quit relentlessly. Never make this mistake during your Dubai job interview. It is not wise to talk badly about your previous company or boss you will look unprofessional. If you have a career gap justify it professionally like I took a break because I wanted to take some time off and reflect on my career plans and rework them. I took a break because I wanted to improve my technical skills so I could help my future company earn more profits. I took a break because of some personal family issues which require my attention. I took a break because I had health issues. I took a break to travel and experience different cultures, which has broadened my understanding and exposure. I took a break to work on personal projects that have advanced my skills and creativity. We advise that you prepare for your job interview by doing proper research about the company, its goals, and how you will be the best-suited person for the job role. Wish you all the best for your Dubai job interview. #Dubaijobinterview #Dubaijobinterviewtips #UAEjobinterviewtips #Dubaijobs #Dubaijobinterviewhacks #Learnwithfaiz #faizalam
