I’m often surprised by the number of #Hotel, #Resort and Retreat Spas that do not offer waxing services. I assume, they assume, their guests are super organised before a trip and get all their services done before they depart? But what about those real humans who are always rushing to the airport and wondering what they forgot to bring or didn't have time to do, including being ‘swim suit ready' on Day 1 of their vacation? We have extracted the entire chapter on Waxing Procedures from our Professional Spa Treatments Manual, for those Spas wishing to begin to offer waxing services, or revamp their existing services, to enhance their offering, increase service standards and improve customer satisfaction. https://lnkd.in/gRGfJxsW You may increase traffic to your Spa or Salon by initiating a campaign about related services and packages specifically designed to address all their holiday needs. This could include a body scrub to release old skin cells before the waxing, plus a massage to help your guests relax into their trip quickly. This is also relevant for Salons and Day Spas located near Hotels and Resorts that don't have a Spa - partner with them on relevant campaigns which will add value to their guests. Such campaigns should be included in the booking confirmation email so guests are aware and can make reservations ahead of their arrival date.
