The Launch Group’s Post

We have just completed our first Employability Programme in London, a milestone in our journey. The two-week programme, created in partnership with The Launch Group, was created to support members of the local community on their journey to employment and encompassed a range of learning modules, to enhance the skills needed for people looking to develop a career in front of house, security, or cleaning. A work experience component was also included which gave our service partners an opportunity to work with the candidates. We are delighted to announce that out of the 12 participants, 7 received a total of 11 job opportunities! Notably, one participant was offered three positions, and two people were offered two positions each.   We will continue to collaborate with our partners in the programme to support this fantastic outcome.
