This may anger some folks higher up in the mortgage industry. BUT... I really do not understand why we need to publish weekly and monthly stats on "mortgage credit availability". How will knowing this help most mortgage and real estate professionals do their job of serving their community? For many of us in the field, we know what is going on because we are the boots on the ground. We don't need a report.
