It's Occupier and Sustainability this week! CBRE’s European Office Occupier Sentiment Survey released this week has revealed some very interesting insights: ◾ Office attendance is rising, with 61% of companies reporting average utilisation of 41-80%. ◾ 75% of companies have attendance policies, but only half make it mandatory. ◾ 60% plan to reduce portfolio size, while a quarter will expand. ◾ Two-thirds believe their workplace is effective, yet only 46% measure it. ◾ 80% have net zero targets, but only half have a digital strategy roadmap.
