TMJ Interiors’ Post

Today, Alex, our Production Director, shared his expertise with our joinery apprentices by demonstrating the best techniques for sharpening their tools. This hands-on session was not only a valuable learning experience but also an opportunity to be inspired by Alex's passion and dedication, having started his own journey on the tools himself. At TMJ, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. 🌟 #Apprenticeship #SkillDevelopment #Joinery

Sharp tools make the job easier, likewise dull tools can be more dangerous. Keep them learning and with practice 60 seconds to sharp.

I love this Passing knowledge to the next generation, teaching them early what we learned late!
