What does it mean to be #green? Green design, or designing with the environment in mind, is inherently part of Landscape Architecture. It is important to not only design around environmentally sensitive area but to see how those areas can be an asset in a design. The Third Fork Creek Trail in Durham (designed by others but close to our office!) is a great example of how to make environmentally sensitive areas an asset in a design.
