An education system badly in need of revision, parents who are "soft parenting", children put into never-ending "therapy" being taught that they're victims and are a diagnosis.  Then between 2-4 years of uncertainty, loss, and being paid to do nothing during the Covid panic.  These are all working to create a generation that is, in many ways, set up to fail.  AND WE"RE HIRING THEM! How do we help them? How do we help our organization? How do we help our other employees not get frustrated when we hire Gen Z? We fill the GAP between what we need and expect when we hire someone, and the reality of what Gen Z is actually bringing to the table when they work with us. BUT THIS IS FAR EASIER SAID THAN DONE!!!
