Major trouble with technology companies in fibre internet space: technicians are forced to be the sales people. Where are the real sales people? or is it that companies think the customer knows all and only needs an installation? The technician is not mentally tuned to be the sales person, and bungles up the call, because the customer wants answers to queries which are non technical. For every inquiry, the tech company needs to have a telecall, where the backend explains the product or the services in customer friendly terms. #technology #sales
