Disappointed with GOVO's Customer Support.
I purchased a **GOVO GoSurround 900/200W** sound system on **Flipkart** on 21.11.23, but within just four months, the subwoofer stopped working. Since then, I’ve made countless attempts to contact **GOVO’s customer service**—from lengthy calls that often ended in disconnection, to filling out online complaint forms and sending emails. After several months, I finally received a response requesting details, which I promptly provided. Unfortunately, it’s been complete silence since then, with no follow-up or assistance.
As of now, my issue still remains unresolved.
As a customer, I expected not only a quality product but also reliable support in case of issues. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and has left me feeling ignored and at a financial loss.
GOVO—please consider making it easier for customers to access service, even if it’s for paid repairs. Simple steps like connecting customers with local service centers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner would make a world of difference.
