For the up and coming junior PR people, some words of wisdom from my experience across different agencies - There’s no such thing as being “too eager to work”. If a company tells you that, it means they don’t have enough work for you to do. - Networking is crucial at every stage- from when you’re looking for work even til you’re in place. - Mentoring programs are so important!! - Your probationary period- use it. If it’s not a fit, It’s ok to admit it.
