Spent my evening putting packs together for all of my 54 team members. The pack contains information on how to create a CV, cover letter and where to look for jobs. Some of my team have not been in the job market for 10+ years, and of course, a lot has changed! We have allocated time to help all the team create a CV, look for jobs and hopefully secure and interview 🤞🏼 I have promised to do everything I can to help as many as my team secure new positions.
