King will step into this role effective April 1, 2024 and continue reporting to Guillaume Jesel, President and CEO, TOM FORD and Luxury Business Development, The Estée Lauder Companies. King has been with TOM FORD BEAUTY for nine years, working in a number of key leadership roles. The geographical spread can be exhausting, and can leave many Leaders feeling like they're constantly putting out fires. It’s easy to think that the more you’re in stores, the better the results. But over time, one thing has become clear—it’s not about how often you visit, but the impact of each visit. Take Helen, for example. She managed stores in two states. Despite visiting her Western Australian stores more often, it was her South Australian stores that were thriving. Why?
