Our Chair, Dr Ibrahim Mayaki, is in Rome this week attending #CFS52. Yesterday, he participated in the first session with Maximo Torero, another member of the Coalition's Advisory Group, discussing how to strengthen coordinated policy responses to the food crisis. 🌍 He reflected on ongoing international initiatives against hunger and poverty. In these final months of 2024, the international community is gearing up for a series of pivotal global gatherings: the United Nations General Assembly, the #ClimateWeekNYC, the #G20 Leaders' Summit, the three #COPs, and now the Committee on World Food Security. The outcomes of these events will have profound implications for global food security.
