It's very flexible to configure and very flexible to deploy. Big vendors' products come with a nice price tag and many out-of-the-box features. But sometimes you run into difficulties if you want to do something special when adjusting the #IGA/#IDM solution to existing customer processes. midPoint's configurability usually gives you several options to go on. What's there to improve? I have several points about reporting. Our customers would value more out-of-the-box reports, better GUI support in terms of configurable parameters and different types of visualisation, e. g. graphs. Currently one can actually do a lot of this with a little bit of development, but to be able to use GUI for that would bring extra points from the users.
