🤔 Keeping organised in the digital age? Recommendations needed! We're having a bit of a 'processes' spring clean at Town and trying to make some good decisions on business organisation, as we grow a little. I've become unhealthily preoccupied with the whole thing; in trying to do what's right for the business and in parallel, finding the right balance between a notebook and my laptop in running my own life. I mean, I've done this stuff for 30 years. Running projects for numerous clients at once, managing teams, keeping the plates spinning,....between digital solutions and hand written lists, you'd think I had a tried and tested process sorted. Not really. We've used Asana for a while but new team members are pushing me towards Monday.com. What to do, eh? It's the choice that's the problem. Hubspot. Pipedrive. Salesforce. Asana. Monday. Trello. WH Smith. Moleskine....Leuchtturm1917. This was all just an excuse to show you my new toy. Yes, I have embraced the icy Germanic clutches of a B5 Leuchtturm1917 monthly planner - a thing of cold beauty and unabashed Teutonic efficiency, which I will operate hand in hand with my Google Calendar. And whatever PM app we settle upon. What online project management system do you use? Seriously, I'd really appreciate some recommendations. Happy Friday! #projectmanagement #marketing #automation

9moI wouldn’t function without my Cleverfox planner but I do love a platform for ease. I’ve used loads of different ones, I prefer Monday - but with any of them, they are only as good as the person using it and project planning and set up is key.
