:: we speak :: I started this project almost a year ago, and as part of a unique experiment, my #hybrids have decided to step into the spotlight and voice their cause. Using a variety of tools, they are finally ready to be heard and share their stories with the world. Yesterday, I posted this on IG and asked the same question - How many tools do you think were used to create this video? Was it 2, 4, or 7? Drop your guesses in the comments below! 🤔👇 Here, I'll let you know which tools and how many were used: 1.Midjourney v5.2 and v6 for the images 2.Hedra for the video expression characters 3.ElevenLabs for some of the voiceovers 4.Udio for my original background music 5.krea.ai for upscaling and enhancing some of the videos generated on Hedra 6.CapCut for all the editing 7.ChatGPT to help me create the storytelling that will be involved throughout the project. Obviously, I could have done it with just 2 or 4 tools, but this way, I got to test all the integrations between them and see how easily you can upload voice to Hedra from a third party and still get an impressive output. The reason the tech industry is waging war on creatives is because: art is MAGIC. We artists are "blessed." Creativity can't be quantified. Magic can't be calculated. This drives society to distraction. Tech bros would love nothing more than to remove us from our supposed pedestals. Don't let them - whether they acknowledge it or not, we're the lifeblood of innovation. Don't let outside forces reduce you to a shell, just because they deem it their right to steal what makes each of us unique, in order to commodify it - once we ALL can do EVERYTHING, what do we need community for, right? At some point we have to remind the tech industry that we actually LOVE community! Collaboration is what makes the human race the ultimate TEAM! Happy Monday! #MadeUsingAItools Watch the video with audio on(mandatory) 😉 Weekends are meant to be fun right! When I was a kid, LEGO was my everyday companion, but life took me on a journey away from those colorful bricks during my studies and early career. But, now, it's time to bring back the inner child in me with a unique twist! I've created an animated introduction about my data engineering journey using LEGO characters and Artificial Intelligence. Thanks to tools like Gravitywrite.ai, Open AI's ChatGPT, and Google Gemini for crafting the script and image prompts. Dall.E 3 and Playground.ai joined the fun, generating super cool images based on image prompts. RunwayML added the animated charm, creating 4-second videos out of the images. For the final touch, Elevenlabs(text to speech) gave my LEGO characters a voice, speaking the script I crafted. Putting it all together seamlessly was a breeze with Canva's video editor. Weekends are now a blend of creativity, childhood memories, and showcasing my data engineering career in a LEGO-infused style. The journey to crafting a standout spec ad for an outdoor clothing brand is more than just a creative task—it's an odyssey. A mix of innovation and collaborative spirit drives this particular expedition. My adventure in producing this advertisement is a testament to the power of teamwork and technological prowess. The adventure kicked off with a flicker of inspiration and a crystal-clear aim. I set out not only to create an advertisement but to spin a story that touches the adventurous spirit in each viewer. The scripting phase marked my first stride into this creative venture. With ChatGPT's aid, my initial idea was sculpted into a compelling narrative. This tool wasn't just for drafting dialogues; it helped refine the story, making sure every uttered word would linger in the audience's minds. Next up, narration, brought to life by elevenlabs.io. This platform didn't just give voice to our script; it infused it with emotion and depth, setting the tone for the ad and making the narrative not just visible but palpable. Visual storytelling came into play with storyboarding. Using film shot references, I sketched out a storyboard and shot list, ensuring the visual narrative matched the script's potency. Production day was where imagination met reality. Duncan Paylor, the talent, and Sharon, our behind-the-scenes star, brought their dedication and energy, turning my storyboard into a compelling visual narrative. The shoot, spanning just over two hours, showcased the team's efficiency and commitment. Starting Mama's Story Nook (https://lnkd.in/gTMQWSxt) on YouTube has been quite the ride. After a month with 20+ videos in, I finally hit first 100 subscribers. A small win but, we all start somewhere, right? Now, let's get real - creating cool pictures, engaging stories, and flawless videos are not easy especially when I have no such skills or background, But, so far, the AI tools have been my secret sauce! I have played with over a dozen of AI tools lately, here’s a quick rundown based on the questions I've been getting 🚀📚 👶🏻 1. "did you come up with the story yourself? how can you think of them?" 👩💻 "Actually, #chatgpt4 does the heavylifting. I have provided topics, theme or story outlines based on my reading list with my son, and it spins up something new and awesome. It is my creative buddy 24/7!" 🎨 2. " your drawings are cute!” 👩💻 "Thanks! The drawing credits belongs to #midjourney /DALL.E, with me just giving hints about characters and animation styles. I really want to pick up and try #stablediffusion in my new project this year!" 🎞️ 3. "you can make animations?" 👩💻 "Well, not quite! The animation is brought to life by #runway / Vibrance/ #capcut / #adobeexpress. I'm currently exploring #pikalabs, #heygen and AnimateDiff to create more lifelike animations." 🎙️ 4. "That voice in the videos, is it yours? It sounds different from your voice!" 👩💻 "Good ear! The narration is created by #elevenlabs. It's amazing how many voice it provides – I have found ones that can put my son to sleep!" It is so true that the booming of AI has been a game-changer for me, who is NOT an engineer, an artist nor a writer. These tools help to help me complete tasks that I can never do on my own, . 2024, I'm pumped to keep exploring and stay on top of these tech wave.
