HERE’S A TRUE CLIENT STORY… The CEO of a major Telco infrastructure company was under immense pressure to meet Ofcom’s urgent directive for swift site deployments. The stakes were incredibly high—failure could jeopardise the future of his company. In 90% of similar programs, CEOs typically fall into an execution trap that leads to unnecessary delays and overspending - assuming their teams can handle complex projects they've never tackled before. But this CEO took a different approach. He questioned conventional industry practices and recognised his team lacked the experience and expertise for such a critical program. Instead of accepting irrational “tight but achievable” assurances, he dug deeper and found blind spots and biases in the program plan. So, he brought us in for an expert, independent perspective. With our help, the program underwent a major overhaul. We appointed a seasoned Mentor Program Director to help his team to reshape the delivery plan and align all parties involved.
