Day 11 of my HR beginners challenge!
Today, I want to share what inspired me to pursue a career in Human Resources.
During my last internship, I had the opportunity to learn various HR topics. From employee engagement to recruitment strategies, I found myself captivated by every aspect of HR. This experience made me realize how much I enjoy working in this field and how naturally I follow and understand HR concepts.
Interestingly, one of my seniors at Obafemi Awolowo University once told me about the field of HR. Little did I know then, that I would begin my career in this exciting and dynamic area!
What i love:
Employee Engagement: Learning how to create a positive and motivating work environment.
Recruitment: Understanding the best practices for attracting and selecting the right talent.
HR Policies:Crafting policies that support both the organization and its employees.
Continuous Learning: Emphasizing the importance of ongoing training and development.
Human Resources is not just about managing people; it's about fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
My internship experience solidified my passion for HR and my desire to contribute to creating supportive and dynamic workplaces.
I am actively seeking entry-level roles or internships in HR where I can apply my knowledge and continue to grow. If you know of any opportunities or have advice, I would love to connect and learn more.
Thank you for your support and encouragement on this journey!
